This little cutie appeared in two sketchbooks this week as I was taking a bit of time to practice my skills. This little one is on an ATC. A piece of heavy watercolor paper sized at 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. Just a little doodle to try out a new sketch pen.
Insert Art Supply GEEKIN’ here: The Pentel Hybrid Technica. Like it. Smooth and didn’t skip. Fine Point and worked well with colored pencils. No likey with Copic Markers, but with colored pencils, it’s a keeper.
I sketched her up during one of those “spaces in between” times of the day; sitting with my kidlets while they were doing homework. Being there for questions and chit chat, keeping everyone on task, but multitasking just the same. What mama doesn’t multitask? Ha! She was inspired by this LOVELY I did earlier in the week.
Here’s the supplies I used. Quick and easy, 15 minute sketch to satisfy the creative soul and use a new pen. Ahhh! Love!
