Sketchbook Saturday: Sketchin’ a ???

On Saturday, I like to share something from my sketchbook. Usually, it’s pretty, and flowery, or a mermie, or a face, or something graphic… but TODAY… Um…

The carnival is coming to our town soon. It kind of starts the summer. The ferris wheels scares the jeebies out of me because I ALWAYS. ALWAYS. ALWAYS. get stuck at the top. It popped in my head and I think this little SNARK came out of that thought. Oh, and the fact it’s been a crazy week, so I think that’s my hair. He’s kind of friendly this half lion, half something. Happy Saturday! He makes me a laugh. You NEVER know what’s going to show up in the sketchbook.

ArtyStart Monday… Takin’ on the GELLI! Here’s a little sneaky of some GELLI’s I whipped up. Can’t wait to share what I did with them.

Great sketch, very cool! Oh and those gelli prints look awesome! Yet something else I need to play with. Share some of your thoughts or suggestions also regarding the gelli. 🙂
