Gelato Anyone?

GELATOS by Faber Castell...creamy, dreamy tubes of color. Cleverly packaged. Oh so pretty. Affordable priced. Sort of like an oil pastel, but they will move with water. So, it’s a two-fer!

I always want to push color mediums out of their comfort zone, so these little stinkin’ tubes of lovely let me make all kinds of messes. 36 colors and they work beautifully on paper, canvas, wood and more.

I decided to take a few minutes and put a little wonky drawing together using just the Gelatos. Just play with them wet and dry to see if I could get the color to pop. And… Whoosh! I had a blast all in little under an hour.

Click on the pics to see the wonky doodle bird come to life. Tips and tricks about the Gelatos along the way.

Gelatos = Super fun, affordable, rich color goodness. Enjoy the wonky bird 🙂
