Gina K Designs: New Release Blog Hop Day 3
Hi Friends! I’m so grateful you’ve stopped by today. Welcome to the Gina K Designs New Release Blog Hop, DAY 3! AND… today I’m super excited to share inspiration using the new StampTV kit release called Fruit of the Season.
You have arrived here from Karen’s Blog and will be heading to Melanie’s Blog next. The complete list of everyone on the hop is below.
Fruit of the Season
The New StampTV kit new set has got you covered for all your holiday and winter papercrafting projects. The stamps and dies are honkin’ big to create bold, easy to put together looks for your cards. I’m digging the snowflakes and that poinsettia… thud! It’s the perfect focal point for your projects. I had a lot of fun creating with this new set. The kit is an incredible value with the cardstocks, dies and stamps. Just add ink!
Here’s what’s in the kit: The New Fruit of the Season StampTV Kit is full of stamps, cardstock and dies to help you create beautiful card projects throughout the holiday season. This kit includes:
- Sparkling Snowflake stamp set
- Fruit of the Season stamp set
- Sparkling Snowflake die set
- Fruit of the Season stamp set
- 24 sheets of cardstock
- Plastic Storage Box
The color palette includes Red Velvet, Prickly Pear, Jelly Bean Green, Fresh Asparagus, Turquoise Sea, Black Onyx, White
BONUS FUN NO LINE WATERCOLOR PROJECT
I am so IN LOVE with the pears in this set and all the beautiful greenery that it was begging me to create a watercolor canvas project with it. To use your stamps as a base for a watercoloring project, all you have to do is stamp the scene in a very, very light dye based ink. In this case, I stamped it using Tattered Rose Distress ink on watercolor paper. The light outline gives you enough image to see as you begin to watercolor your image. How about that little partridge! So stinkin’ cute and perched right there on the pears. So fun.
Three Brand New Red Rubber Background Stamps, Yes Please!
You’ll spot these new red rubber background beauties in the next two days of inspiration too!

So lovely and quite creative.
Wow. That is so pretty it could even hang on the wall. What a great card to get in the mail during winter. So cheerful.
I always mean to ask what are the watercolors in the palette in the picture on the top of your page? Are they a set from some company or just a mixture of different brands you have in your own palette?
Beautiful cards. I love everything in this release, but my favorite is the stunning snowflakes — gorgeous.
