Indigojade Art Prints is LIVE

Etsy Launch

Why Etsy? Why Now?

Finding a way to create art and share it has been a goal of mine for a very long time. 12 years in the making. I’ve been a maker all my life and have eased into mostly every possible art form.

As a woman who wears many hats, I’ve established a long-standing career as a marketing and design professional and have always known how to make a “go of it.”

For some reason… launching this art business took me awhile. There have been iterations and evolutions of my work over the last 25+ (really almost 30 years) as an illustrator, designer, maker, artist, art licensor, commercial artist and oh so many more hats.

I believe with every season, there have been new lessons. Letting my art evolve, finding my groove and narrowing my medium (as best I can since I’m addicted to all art supplies ?) has all been part of the journey. Facing adversity and giving myself heart space to heal, getting my feet back on the ground has given me my wings.

All of these rich experiences have brought me to this next step. Something I have wanted to launch for sooooooo long. It really have been 12 years in the making.

Why Etsy?

Why not! Sure, I could’ve pulled my business into this site and built my own store platform, but something in my heartspace said I needed to open my store on Etsy. I’m flying solo and in this life, we all need support. I believe in supporting local, handcrafted businesses. I’ve believed in the Etsy movement since the beginning. I just didn’t get in on the ground floor. You know what…. it’s okay. Everything is progress and there is room for all of us. And, I’m excited to be a part of such a thriving, soul enriching community of makers.

I am blessed and so very grateful to be in this next season of my journey. I would love it if you visited my store, shared it with your friends and family and help me grow. I would be every so grateful. I will be growing my store as I continue to make art that I hope will bring more positivity and light to the world. We all need a bit more!

I launched the store with 15 prints from my original works. I’m so proud of this body of work and I have so many plans.

I am blessed and ever so grateful to have the opportunity to share my work.
