Losing Sight of the Shore

I’ve blurfed on blogging for a bit. It happens. The wild summer rumpus has started and a workload has taken over. I have a little re-cap to share of this amazingsauce day I had with some seriously fun chicks. We shared an entire day of mixed media together and I’m editing all the pics I took. Whoosh. I’ll be sharing that this week.

So… I’ve taken a few days to earth at the shore. With all my electronics (iPad, iPhone, Laptop) for a designer girl like me in tow. I know. I know. Should’ve left them home. But, it’s how I roll.

And, I met this young girl with this quote on her arm.

It stopped me and gave me pause and we chatted and she was such a lovely young woman. I asked her if I could snap a shot of her arm. She said I made her day. Well, she kind of made mine.

How inspiring is this?

  1. I JUST saw that quote this morning on someone’s Pinterest board-I just love it too. I would love to do something with it in a frame or something? What say you?
