It’s a Mixed Media Valentine Hop of Artsy Goodness! Are you ready?

So, Maria Levine has done it again and coordinated a super fun Mixed Media Blog Hop for this lovely Valentines Day. So, grab a cuppa and get ready for a feast of artsy goodness.

If you want to start from the beginning… GO HERE to Maria’s blog page.

When you’re finished checking out the goodness here, head on over to Angeline.  She pretty much rocks! There are 9 stops along the way. And make sure you check them all out, because there are prizes, too!

Here’s the whole line-up:

Hop around, take peek. Check out how the Chix are making art for fun, gettin’ out all their art supplies and mixin’ up some artsy MESSES.  If you’re interested in joining the GROUP. AWESOMESAUCE! Drop me a line and we’ll add you on Facebook. It’s a great group of supportive artista’s who just like to create in their journals. We like to share tips, tricks, supply hauls, etc., all for fun.

Here’s my latest FLOWER GIRL. Click on the pics for slideshow-a-rama

I like to draw girlies with flowers for hair. It’s something I do. I’ve done it here and here.

You can see how much I LOVE THEM. Does this picture say a 1,000 words. Or more like 358?

One more thing… I don’t want to forget. I was totally inspired by THIS AWESOME COPIC MARKER CHICK, Annie from Dove Art Studios. You have to check out her Copic Goodness. She colored up this flower fairy and she inspired me to doodle out my own from it. (My illustration is purely for FUN and illustration practice. It is not for sale or distribution.) Thanks for the inspiration Annie.

Annie’s super fabby. Check her out. She even links up the artist who created the fairy illustration.
