Just a little color sketch to share today. A peek inside my sketchbook. There’s a little thing I like to do called Earthing. It means getting outside in the grass, going barefoot, sit, breathe and just be. It clears the head and brings forth some of the most creative ideas… at least that’s how it works for me.
I didn’t make up the concept of Earthing. Someone far clever than I coined that for sure. But, I have adopted it into my own “getting unplugged” mantra.
When I plunk myself down in the grass, I like to draw something that is not for a deadline. Something just because.
This little flower… is just because.
