I’m sharing an 80’s inspired floral card with NEON inks designed by Gina K Designs. I’ve been wanting to show off these fun inks in a tutorial for a while. Now is the time!

The inks are super-charged with vibrancy and a lot of fun to create with. I pulled out all my floral stamp set designs with Gina K  to create this fun card you can make in 10 minutes or less. enJOY!
